Here’s what I love about my job:
I love that my job at CCHH allows me to help our patients take charge of their health in a way that feels supportive and is individualized in order to meet their goals. My background in emergency medicine has given me a strong foundation for thinking on my feet and recognizing when something needs extra attention. Now, I get to combine that experience with a more holistic approach—and really work with patients as partners in their care.

Here’s one thing I do to stay healthy:
My 7-year-old keeps me moving! We spend most of our time outdoors—whether it's at the beach, the hockey rink, or building lego. It’s the perfect mix of fun, fitness, and fresh air!

Here’s what I love about my job:
I work at this clinic because our collaborative care model truly sees the whole person—and the whole family. Here, medical and supportive services come together so patients don’t have to piece their care together alone.
Here’s one thing I do to stay healthy:
My flock of chickens have brought about all kinds of chores and construction that keep me lifting heavy, building strength, and getting me outdoors even when life gets busy.
A big shout out to the CCHH Team for the being awarded the PMH - Outstanding Family Practice Award for 2025!
